Does wasslaGo do the translation itself?
No. wasslaGo is not a translation bureau or a service agency, but a tech platform that connects you directly with certified and independent translators who carry out the translation themselves. Our role is to facilitate contact, payment, and follow-up, not to perform the translation.
How is the translation price determined?
wasslaGo does not impose any prices. The certified translator sets their own price and fees independently. After you upload your document to the platform, the translator reviews it and sends you a final quote covering your entire request, and you pay only after you approve the price.
How does payment work?
Payment is 100% electronic inside the platform through our trusted partner PayPart. After you submit your request and the translator reviews it, you pay their fees directly on the platform, and the translation starts as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Can I get a paper copy of the translated document?
You automatically receive an electronic copy ready to download directly from the platform as soon as the translation is complete. If you also need a paper copy, we can coordinate with the translator to send it through our delivery partners, with the delivery cost paid by you; wasslaGo is not responsible for any delay or damage occurring during the delivery process itself.
Can I request a revision to the document after translation?
Yes. You can contact the translator who handled your request directly through the platform to ask for any revision or clarification on the translation.
Are the translators employees of wasslaGo?
No. All certified translators on the platform are fully independent and are not employed by wasslaGo. This guarantees you a wider variety of options and more competitive pricing.
Are translators available outside official working hours?
Yes. Certified translators across the different languages are available around the clock, including outside working hours and on weekends.
I am a certified translator — do I receive my money as soon as the client pays?
Yes. As soon as the client pays for their request, your fees reach you directly in the bank account or CCP you link to the platform, after deducting only the platform commission.
How does wasslaGo make money?
Creating a translator account on the platform is completely free. wasslaGo takes a commission of around 20% of the value of each translated page, while the client pays the service cost according to the nature of the request (standard or urgent).
